Black seed oil, also known as black cumin, is believed to treat many diseases such as diabetes and cancer.
Nigella sativa, a plant that blossoms blue, purple, or white flowers contain tiny black seeds inside its pods that hold many health benefits. Studies have shown that these seeds contain fixed oils, essential oils and chemicals that help treat various conditions.
Supplements of black seed can be found in various forms such as capsules, oils, and oil blends.

Feti Roci, owner of Ensar Med, a natural remedy and homeopathic store at Pervo Majska, said that black seed oil should be used daily for months at a time because it is a great remedy for many diseases.
“It protects you from many diseases. I recommend everyone to drink it or use it in some way,” said Roci.
Roci said that many doctors from Struga send their patients to him to buy black seed products because it helps boost the immune system and fights against many diseases such as cancer.
“Black seed oil is a great cancer preventative, that is one of its best benefits,” said Roci.
Roci’s friend from Dubai introduced him to black seed oil 10 years ago and he has been using it since.
“Since then my blood levels are great and my doctor says I’m healthier than a child,” he said.
Roci advises to drink it twice a day with honey and lemon for taste.
“It’s the best stuff,” said Roci.
“I use it to boost my immune system and to fight disease.”
